There were nine chefs in the Spanish group and each had made time in their busy schedule to accept the invitation and come to the Westland. Trendsetters from Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, San Sebastian and Valencia, were participating, with famous names as chefs from restaurant Mugaritz, restaurant De La Calle, restaurant Extanobe, but also Albert Adria from Tickets & Bar 41.The Dutch delegation included chefs as Michelin star chef Moshik Roth, Marco Westmaas, Alain Alders, Menno Post, Hidde de Brabander, Yuri Verbeek, Patrick Kelder and tv chef Alain Caron.
